A tiny Jack Frost wearing a hat much like those of the Transport Bureau, driving its own mini train.
It is said that when children first encounter fairy tales, the fairies and animals in the stories always act like humans so kids can easily relate. Like a fox sitting at a table for dinner, or a crab running a burger joint under the sea... and so on. So really, a tiny Jack Frost driving its own mini train makes total sense, doesn't it?
