Cerulean Doppeldrake

A large fish rumored to be a descendant of dragons.\nA branch member of the Koi family, its body is primarily a deep, somber bluish-black, contrasted by a striking pale-gold underbelly. Compared to its many cousins, this species is exceptionally mild-tempered. It never initiates conflict with other aquatic life. However, this should not be mistaken for weakness. When provoked, they can erupt in a sudden strike as fierce and direct as a golden spear, swiftly repelling intruders several times their size and leaving the entire surrounding waters in awe.
