Cerulean Doppeldrake

A large fish said to be a descendant of dragons.\nA branch member of the Koi family, its body is primarily a deep, somber bluish-black, contrasted by a striking pale-gold underbelly. Compared to its many cousins, this species is exceptionally mild and tempered. It never initiates conflict with other aquatic life. However, this should not be mistaken for weakness. When provoked, they can erupt in a sudden strike as fierce and direct as a golden spear, swiftly repelling intruders several times their size and leaving all those who dwell in these waters in awe.
