Gains Movement Speed while charging, then dashes forward, dealing damage and slowing enemies.

Dashes in the target direction, then returns to her original location, launching and dealing damage to enemies in her path. She gains crowd control immunity and damage reduction while dashing. Second Phase: Deals damage over time in the target location. While Starburn is active, the second phase of the skill sweeps her surroundings, interrupting subsequent dashes, dealing area damage, and leaving a ring of fire behind for 0.2s.
