Drifts with the motorcycle, enabling Perfect Dodges for a brief duration.

If a Perfect Dodge is successfully triggered, it immediately chains into Dodge Counter: Afterfire Spin.

During this skill, continue dragging the or holding to continue drifting.

During this skill, the duration of Special Attack: Drive Suppression will continue, and upon reaching the maximum duration, it automatically chains into EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie.

If the skill ends early, it automatically chains into Special Attack: Run Wild.

Character is briefly invulnerable and Anti-Interrupt Level increases during this skill.

Press during a dodge to activate:

Performs a quick forward slash, dealing Physical DMG.

Press during a Perfect Dodge to activate:

Fires a blast from his arm cannon, dealing Physical DMG.

If this skill is triggered via a Perfect Dodge, hitting an enemy restores 10% of Max HP, and it can be chained into the 4th hit of Basic Attack: Knight's Technique.

Spins with the bike to deal Physical DMG to surrounding enemies.

If attacked by an enemy as the active character shortly upon activating this skill, triggers a block, negating the attack and restoring 5 Determination.

After triggering a block, immediately chains into EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie.

After the skill continues for a while, it automatically chains into EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie.

Anti-Interrupt level is increased while using this skill.

Triggers automatically when Dodge: Through the Galaxy is interrupted:

Kicks his motorcycle at enemies, dealing Physical DMG.

After using this skill, it can be chained into Dodge Counter: Duel King.

Lifts the motorcycle to attack enemies, dealing Physical DMG.

After using this skill, with enough Adrenaline, press or hold to chain into EX Special Attack: Rocking Footwork.

After the skill animation ends, automatically chains into Special Attack: Run Wild.

Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

With enough Adrenaline, hold to activate:

Slams down with the motorcycle, dealing Physical DMG.

Restores 30% of Max HP upon activating this skill.

Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Uses the motorcycle and hand cannon for a combined attack, dealing Physical DMG.

Upon activating this skill, gains 15 Determination.

When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press to activate:

Leaps into the air and delivers a flying kick at the target, dealing massive Physical DMG.

Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Starlight - Billy gains extra Sheer Force based on his Max HP, with every 1 point of Max HP increasing Sheer Force by 0.1. All Physical DMG Starlight - Billy deals is Sheer DMG, ignoring enemy DEF and using his Sheer Force stat as the DMG Multiplier. Starlight - Billy restores 60 Adrenaline upon entering the battlefield. In Investigation Zone Mode, this effect can trigger once every 180s.

When his HP is greater than 25%, press to consume HP and activate Special Attack: Drive Suppression. While in combat, each use of this skill increases his CRIT DMG by 45% for 45s. Repeated triggers refresh the duration. When HP is at or below 25%, the DMG he takes is reduced by 50%. Starlight - Billy gains Determination when his attacks hit enemies, with the amount depending on the skill used.

Determination regenerates slowly while in combat, and is capped at 120. Hitting an enemy with EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie, activating Chain Attack: Knight's Swagger, or triggering a block restores additional Determination. Triggering a Perfect Dodge by any means restores 3 Determination. This effect can trigger once every 0.5s.

When Determination is greater than or equal to 100, hold to consume 100 Determination and activate Basic Attack: Full-Throttle Starlight.

Hitting an enemy with Basic Attack: Knight's Technique restores a small amount of HP. Hitting an enemy with Dodge Counter: Duel King activated through a Perfect Dodge restores HP. Using EX Special Attack: High-Traction Wheels or EX Special Attack: Rocking Footwork restores HP.
