Decibel Monologue
While not the active character, the equipper's Energy Regen increases by 0.6/s. When the equipper uses an EX Special Attack and deals Physical DMG, all squad members gain a buff that increases DMG dealt by 12.5% for 40s, stacking up to 2 times. Repeated triggers reset the duration. At 2 stacks, characters gain an additional 10% ATK. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.
