The handle of the watch is not well-designed, as the outer casing has way too many sharp angles, which can cause excessive wear and tear on clothes. As such, there will always be those who will stuff this watch inside more practical, less distinctive casings for use.
More experienced Operatives will often half-jokingly claim that the issuing of such a watch is a test that the quartermaster gives to new special agents, because the art of disguise follows similar principles.
