The primitive wandering inhabitants of Teyvat's wildernesses. Electro Slimes don't seem to have as many applications as Pyro Slimes or Anemo Slimes in the benighted lives of the Hilichurls. Perhaps one day they may discover the flow of Elements between Electro Slime and Mutant Electro Slime and make some great progress... ?
