• Every 20s, will perform Hunt Down: Consume 5% HP to unleash Hunting Attacks. It its HP is low, the comsumed amount will decrease.
• When Hunting Attacks hit a character, it regenerates 10% HP, and inflicts Bond of Life on the character, stackable.
• Bond of Life causes the character to lose HP over time even under a shield, and absorbs incoming healing, making the character unable to be healed. To clear the Bond of Life, total healing received must reach the Bond's amount.
• When Hunting Attacks hit a character with Bond of Life, it deals 250% of the original DMG.
Bond of Life amount: 16% ATK, stackable. HP Loss: 0.4%+72 every second, off-field stops at 5%.

Detailed Tutorial
An elite Fatui special agent who can manipulate Cryo in battle. In combat, they will use the Hunt Down skill to attach a Bond of Life to characters they hit. While Bond of Life is active, the character will take continuous DMG, and Hunt Down will deal more DMG to them.
