Moonhowl Lupus
While Hoolay is in the Moon Rage state, applies 1 stack of Irate to Hoolay after every attack launched by friendly units. If Hoolay uses an attack, additionally applies 1 stack of Irate. After every attack used by target units, reduce 1 stack of Irate. Irate will have an initial set of stacks. When a certain number of Irate stacks is reached, Hoolay will release Lupine Chase Calls Bloody Gleam and remove all Irate stacks. Whenever Irate stacks are reduced to 0 due to attacks from player characters, Hoolay's Toughness will be reduced and reset Irate to a set number of stacks.
To My Howls the Pack Obeys
Adds Summon the Pack to the Action Order. Whenever Summon the Pack takes action, summons Sableclaw Wolftrooper or Eclipse Wolftrooper. When any enemy enters the Moon Rage state, Summon the Pack's action is delayed.
