Havoc: Warp

Imitates the combat style of "The Foul." Produces different effects depending on whether you Tap or Hold.

Tap
Skirk gains 45 Serpent's Subtlety and switches to Seven-Phase Flash mode.

Hold
Skirk gains 45 Serpent's Subtlety and will continuously move at high speed. Her interruption resistance is increased in this state.
During this time, Skirk can control her movement direction and move atop water. She can also use this Skill again to end rapid movement prematurely.
● Serpent's Subtlety
Skirk can consume Serpent's Subtlety to maintain her Seven-Phase Flash mode or to use her Elemental Burst, Havoc: Ruin.

Skirk can gain Serpent's Subtlety points in the following ways:
· After using her Elemental Skill, Havoc: Warp.
· After triggering the effect of her Ascension Talent, Reason Beyond Reason, and absorbing Void Rifts.

When Skirk leaves the field while in Seven-Phase Flash mode or when Seven-Phase Flash ends, her Serpent's Subtlety points will be removed.
● Seven-Phase Flash
Skirk will switch to this mode for a fixed time when using the Elemental Skill Havoc: Warp. This mode has the following properties:
· Continuously consumes Serpent's Subtlety.
· Increases Normal and Charged Attack AoE and Skirk's interruption resistance.
· Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks are converted to Cryo DMG that cannot be overridden by other Elemental infusions.
· Her Elemental Burst, Havoc: Ruin is converted to the special Elemental Burst Havoc: Extinction.
· Skirk can move on water when she Sprints.
· Skirk will exit this mode when Serpent's Subtlety is fully depleted or its duration ends. Then, the Elemental Skill will go on cooldown.

Havoc: Ruin
Q. Elemental Burst

Havoc: Ruin

Skirk's Elemental Burst is not reliant on Elemental Energy but instead on Serpent's Subtlety.
When Skirk has at least 50 Serpent's Subtlety, she can expend all her Serpent's Subtlety to unleash her Elemental Burst, ripping the space before her apart and using rapid consecutive slashes that deal AoE Cryo DMG. At the same time, the DMG dealt by an instance of this Elemental Burst will be increased by every point of Serpent's Subtlety over 50 when it is unleashed. Up to 12 points can be counted for this purpose.

When Skirk is in Seven-Phase Flash mode, Havoc: Ruin will be replaced by Havoc: Extinction.

Havoc: Extinction
A special Elemental Burst that can be used even without consuming Serpent's Subtlety.
After using it, Skirk will gain the "All Shall Wither" effect, which will last until Seven-Phase Flash ends. After unlocking the Ascension Talent Reason Beyond Reason, she can also absorb nearby Void Rifts.
While "All Shall Wither" is active, every 0.1s, after Skirk's Normal Attack hits an opponent, that Normal Attack will deal increased DMG. If she absorbed any Void Rifts while using Havoc: Extinction, this Normal Attack's DMG will be further increased based on the number of Rifts absorbed.
This effect will be canceled when it has triggered 10 times.
● Serpent's Subtlety
Skirk can consume Serpent's Subtlety to maintain her Seven-Phase Flash mode or to use her Elemental Burst, Havoc: Ruin.

· Skirk can move on water when she Sprints.
· Skirk will exit this mode when Serpent's Subtlety is fully depleted or its duration ends. Then, the Elemental Skill will go on cooldown.
● Reason Beyond Reason
When nearby party members trigger Frozen, Superconduct, Cryo Swirl, or Cryo Crystallize reactions against opponents, a Void Rift will be created near this opponent. This effect can be triggered once every 2.5s. A maximum of 3 Void Rifts created by Skirk herself can exist on the field at once.

Skirk can use the following methods to absorb nearby Void Rifts:
· When she hits an opponent with a Charged Attack in her Seven-Phase Flash mode.
· When she uses the special Elemental Burst Havoc: Extinction while in Seven-Phase Flash mode.
· When she Holds her Elemental Skill Havoc: Warp to engage in rapid movement.

Each Rift absorbed will grant her 8 Serpent's Subtlety points.

Marechaussee Hunter should be used only when playing with Furina. When in such teams, it can outperform Finale of the Deep Galleries.

Both Marechaussee Hunter and Blizzard Strayer, especially with Cryo Resonance and Azurelight can mean almost no rolls should go into CRIT Rate, as it is incredibly easy to over cap.

ATK% Goblets are viable, especially with Furina. Energy Recharge is useless, and under no circumstances required on Skirk.

Synergies

Skirk | Team Composition and Synergy

Character Guide • Synergy: Skirk | Update Date: 06/23/2025 | Editor: ._.samantha._.

Skirk's premier teams will always include Escoffier and Furina. Her fourth slot is flexible, allowing characters such as Shenhe, Dahlia, Layla, Citlali, Mona, Yelan, Xingqiu or even Scroll of The Hero of Cinder City, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers Mualani can be used.

All Skirk teams must be Cryo and Hydro Characters only.

In other teams, depending on who you need to replace from the premier team, healers such as Sigewinne, Kokomi, Barbara, Mika or Charlotte can replace Escoffier. Xingqiu, Yelan, and Mona can also act as off-field Hydro characters to replace Furina. If neither is being played, off-field characters such as Candance, Rosaria and Kaeya that cannot heal are viable as well.

Another playstyle puts a second DPS in the fourth slot to use Skirk more like a Burst DPS. Viable options are Neuvillette, Wriothesley, and Ayaka. Ayato, Childe, and Ganyu work, but will have much lower damage.

Calamity of Eshu only works with teams including a Citlali, Dahlia, Diona, or Layla.

Stories

Her existence is like an unproven rumor... Sometimes, past the stroke of midnight, a taverngoer will swear he had glimpsed her, waving hands painting a story of a person that nobody could be sure ever was. For a very long time, Skirk has journeyed through Teyvat like a shadow, avoiding anything more than brief contact with others, only gathering intel when absolutely necessary. It wasn't until very recently that there came to be one who could claim to know her... "Oh, my master? Haha, she's the type to keep to herself." "And, let's see... She's an alright cook. Could've been the creatures in that space tasting a little off in general, of course." "We initially agreed to swing by my place after leaving. I wanted to let her try my family's homemade sausages this year. It's a real shame she couldn't make it..." "But enough of that. After all, what matters most about my master is her strength... and the sheer arrogance she has to go with it!" "Hmm? Oh, no, I know what I said. I'm not being ironic, and I mean no insult." "As I, Tartaglia, grow stronger every day, I get the chance to know my master's strength anew with each and every sunrise." "When we first started my training, she only needed one hand to beat me. That was undoubtedly her arrogance shining through. But when facing a weak opponent, I believe that arrogance is an aesthetic unto itself." "To crush them outright would be unbecoming, yet to feign humility, only to turn the tables later on? That, dear comrade, would be far too deliberate." In the present day, this "review" of Skirk reached her ears while she was drinking in a tavern. She furrowed her brow. "As I've said before, I still communicate normally with those who possess some measure of skill. And the food in the Abyssal rift only tasted off to him because he's an ordinary human." "And about training — I don't really care how many hands I use, but I do care how many he'll have left when I'm done teaching." "He still needs to live in Teyvat, so he can't just make new limbs for himself with Abyssal energy like I can." "Arrogance and carelessness are both dangerous things. It's good that he wants to improve, rather than to show off." "Otherwise, I'd start worrying about finding his corpse in some strange nook or cranny."
